Cherry Financing Policy

Skin & Body Klinic Client Financing Policy: Cherry Payment Plans
At Skin & Body Klinic Aesthetics & Wellness, we are pleased to offer Cherry Financing as a flexible payment option to help clients invest in their beauty and wellness goals. Clients who choose to finance their services through Cherry agree to the following policy:

1. Non-Refundable Financed Balances
When a client elects to finance any procedure, treatment series, or package through Cherry, all funds disbursed to Skin & Body Klinic by Cherry are considered final and non-refundable. Once Cherry pays Skin & Body Klinic on your behalf, those funds cannot be returned to you or to Cherry.

2. Incomplete Treatment Series
If you choose not to complete your full treatment series or discontinue your services for any reason, the remaining balance of your financed funds will not be refunded. Instead, the unused balance will be converted into a store credit on your client account.

3. Store Credit Usage and Expiration
Your store credit may be used toward:

Any other Skin & Body Klinic service,

The purchase of retail skincare products, or

The purchase of Skin & Body Klinic gift cards for future use.

Store credits remain valid for 365 days (one year) from the date you discontinue your treatments. After that period, any remaining funds will automatically expire and will no longer be available for use.

4. Responsibility for Cherry Payments
Clients remain responsible for repaying Cherry directly under the terms of their financing agreement. Discontinuing treatments or holding an unused credit balance at Skin & Body Klinic does not release you from your payment obligations to Cherry.

5. Policy Acknowledgment
By financing your treatment with Cherry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. This ensures transparency and protects both you and our business relationship.
